What types of products does Forever Living Products offer?
Forever Living Products offers a range of health and beauty products that make you look and feel better. Our products include aloe vera gel drinks, skin care products, weight management packs, nutritional supplements, personal hygiene products, bee products and more. We have over 100 products for you to peruse and explore.
Why Aloe Vera?
Aloe vera is the basic and most important ingredient of our products. The benefits of Aloe vera have been used for centuries and that is why we have developed many products based on this valuable plant. Aloe vera provides great support for your health. Internally, Aloe helps digestive health, boosts immunity, promotes nutrient absorption and regulates natural energy levels. Externally, Aloe hydrates, nourishes and soothes the skin.
What are the product return rules?
Users are guaranteed a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. All orders placed by Forever’s Business Associates are considered final sales. In case of a damaged product, we will gladly replace it with a new one. Please review the Business Policy and Procedures for more detailed information.
Where are Forever's properties located?
Forever’s holdings include Aloe plantations in the Dominican Republic and Mission, Texas, processing facilities in Phoenix and Dallas, and a distribution center in the Netherlands. Forever offices are located worldwide in more than 160 countries.
Why do some products say "Add" and some "Choose"?
By clicking on products with the word “Choose” next to them, you will be taken to a page where you can choose the language, flavor or type of product you want to buy before adding it to the cart. Products like Vital5®, C9 and F15® require you to choose a language and flavor.
What is Autoship?
Autoship is the easiest way to get your products every month. All logged-in users (Customers and Business Associates) can use this option to create (or add to an existing) Autoship profile when ordering products for delivery. You can add individual or all products from your cart to the Autoship cart during the final order confirmation stage by clicking the “AUTOSHIP” column. You will see a confirmation message “Item added to Autoship Cart” in the green bar at the top of the screen. If you want to add all the products from the order to the Autoship profile, just click “ALL” in the Autoship column. This allows you to automatically create or update your Autoship profile.
How to register for shopping on the webshop?
You log in to the webshop with your associate number 360, and you determine the password yourself. If you want to register as a New Customer, first select the products, and then fill out the application. The system will automatically determine your employee number. You can shop on the webshop without registration and without any restrictions, if you register to shop as a guest.
